Amuse-Gueuze does not limit itself to evening events, but also organises interactive tastings under the name AG Atelier.

In a convivial setting, we enlighten you on the basic principles of food pairing with lambic beers. The theoretical part about the production process, beer style and so on is combined with a tasting of both drinks and food. It is common knowledge that old gueuze is characterised by its sourness and could be considered an acquired taste. But you will find that the delicate flavours of lambic beers are more complex than that. There is so much more you can do than reach for a serving of tasty cheese to accompany old gueuze. We give you the necessary tips and ideas to look for successful new pairings at home too.

We offer two different options, depending on our visitor's prior knowledge.

'AG Atelier Classic' is for all those who have little to no knowledge of the beer style or the production process, but do have a healthy dose of interest. We build up the taste experience slowly, so we serve a classic old gueuze, old kriek and lambic, together with tasty snacks.

'AG Atelier Advanced' invites everyone who has built up a certain knowledge around the beer style and its origins, but is otherwise curious about rather exceptional and special varieties. During this tasting, we present vintage beers and limited edition beers, or beers you will only find in specialty shops. We take it up a notch for the passionate among us.
